Operating a ski-in/ski-out factory at the base of the premier mountain on the East Coast comes with certain obligations. Chief among them: developing the definitive frontside carver for the challenging conditions at Sugarloaf. We pulled out all the stops for the Whips. Featuring full metal construction backed by added carbon and rubber, these skis deliver unrivaled torsional strength and a remarkably damp ride.

All of our skis draw their performance from our signature “Mainer Wood Core.” Crafted from Maple and Yellow Poplar that is hand-selected for its full grain and premium quality, each core is built right here at our Sugarloaf factory to ensure your ski begins its journey with the best possible foundation.

We utilize Maple for our sidewalls to deliver superior response and dampening characteristics while simultaneously reducing the amount of plastic waste in our manufacturing process.

To finish it off, our wood veneer top sheets are completely unique. Choose from Curly Maple, Domestic Gum, Elm, Walnut, Cherry, or Bird's Eye Maple - or opt for your own custom Nylon graphic top sheet.
